Our Commitment to the environment
Renewable energy
We use 100% renewable energy to heat the water. Solar panels, biomass boiler and wood-burning fireplace heat sanitary water and underfloor heating.
Facilities
We have a centralised control system of the energy and the heating.
Waste prevention
To reduce waste we have replaced disposable amenities with refillable or reusable items. In the cafeteria, we use fabric serviette and tablecloth.
The towels and bed linen are changed every three days or upon request.
Composting
We practice compost, which is the biological decomposition of organic materials such as leaves, grass clippings, weeds and food waste on land.
Recyclable materials such as glass, plastic, metal and paper are collected and classified.
